REFUND POLICY

At Baby Cakes, every event is custom planned and reserved specifically for you. Once your event is booked, we begin preparing inventory, staffing, scheduling, and personalized details to ensure everything is perfect for your celebration.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.Your date is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event.If the remaining balance has already been paid and you cancel, any eligible refund will be determined after deducting the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred for your event.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If availability allows, we will do our best to transfer your event to a new date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Weather

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable covered serving area in the event of rain or extreme weather. If severe weather makes service unsafe or impossible, we’ll work with you to discuss available options.

Client Responsibility

Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your guest count, venue, or event timeline. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
